Kristin Intress has an extensive career in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, with over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, sales and marketing. Intress returned to WorldHotels as CEO in 2019, a role she previously served in 2014. As CEO of WorldHotels, Intress is focused on driving superior revenue to its hoteliers, expanding its portfolio of offerings in premier global destinations and providing exceptional travel experiences to its guests.
Prior to returning to WorldHotels, Intress founded Fit Farm in 2017, an adult fitness and wellness retreat located in Nashville, Tennessee. Previous roles include President and Chief Executive Officer of InnLink LLC, U.S. Director of Sales and Marketing for Mentice, and Director of Sales & Marketing for Cardiac Renewal. She also has a proven track record as a restaurant entrepreneur, having successfully opened and operated two restaurants in Scotland.
Having served in the U.S. Army Reserve, Intress attributes much of her success to the lessons learned serving her country: humility, perseverance, comradery and leadership. Throughout her career, Intress has maintained her passion for fitness, playing both professional rugby and professional women’s football.
Intress holds a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, a Pharmaceutical tech Degree from the U.S. Army and a personal training certificate.
